We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the bypass or failure of any installed equipment.

3. Maintenance and User Responsibilities

It is the user's responsibility to ensure that all security equipment is regularly tested and maintained. If you are not enrolled in a preventative maintenance contract, you must perform regular walk-tests of your alarm sensors and visually inspect your CCTV cameras. Any faults must be reported to our technical support team immediately to schedule a repair.

4. Monitoring Contracts

Clients subscribing to our 24/7 Professional Monitoring services are subject to the specific terms outlined in their separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) contract. Failure to pay monitoring fees may result in the suspension of dispatch services. We are not responsible for false alarm fines levied by local municipalities due to user error or lack of maintenance.

5. Modifications
